In Module 1, we’ll establish your clear (and profitable!) topic area, audience, and transformational goal. Your profitable membership idea is a combination of your passion, your expertise, and the real problems or pain points you help solve for your customers.

Lesson 1: Your passion & expertise

Our first step is to clarify your profitable membership idea, which will become the solid foundation from which we’ll build all the other details of your membership!

Lesson 2: Defining your target audience

Now that you have your profitable idea, we’ll get crystal clear on who the target audience is that can benefit from it. This important step will guide your membership design, as well as the marketing strategies we’ll work through in later modules.

Lesson 3: Crafting a clear transformation

Your profitable membership will be constructed around the transformation it helps your ideal customer achieve. This transformation is a specific problem that is now resolved, a need that is now met, or a goal that is now achieved. In this section, we’ll identify the clear transformation your membership will provide your customers.

Lesson 4: Validating your idea

Now that you’ve clarified a profitable idea, a target audience, and a transformational goal, we’ll work through a validation process to confirm it’s a great fit for your membership product. This helps ensure there is a true need and desire exactly for what you’re about to build!
