Agency accounts
- We’ve been hard at work on a new feature that will change the way web design / development agencies and other professionals set up a MemberSpace site on behalf of a client. Our new Agency accounts offer several perks including free MemberSpace access to connect and manage unlimited client sites, easy hand-off for completed sites, automated affiliate credit, ability to offer clients a 10% discount on their first year of MemberSpace, and more.
- If you’re an agency with an existing MemberSpace subscription, or have been using MemberSpace under a client’s account, you can now migrate to a free Agency account.
- We’ve also created new membership-building resources specifically for agencies: guides for incorporating membership products into your web design / development offerings, and tips for helping your clients grow a successful membership-based business.
💪 Enhancements
WordPress plugin updates
- We now auto-configure all connected WordPress sites using the MemberSpace plugin. This means the site subdomain no longer needs to be added within the WordPress plugin settings. Instead, the plugin will configure the connection itself based on the WordPress site’s URL.
- Users who install the plugin via WordPress will be redirected back to their WordPress site when MemberSpace registration is complete.
Live chat support
- In addition to being available via email, our friendly Support team is now available for live chat support, Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm ET.
- If you have any questions related to setting up or customizing MemberSpace, simply connect with our team via the blue Help button in the bottom right corner of MemberSpace!
Plan tiers
- As a reminder, we offer several plan tiers with various features and transaction fees, so you have the option to choose which plan best fits your business needs. You can change plans at any time from within your MemberSpace Account.
- For clarity, you’ll now see a note next to any features in your MemberSpace backend that are not included in your current plan, and next steps you can take to access those features.
